T9 DSP and Software

Following the Directions on the Phase 2 wiring Diagram. But when I go to install the drivers it says they are installed and moves to the Software installation. It cannot find the Laser. Nothing in the Device Manager and when the program starts it cannot find it either. and when homing the X moves and ignores the Limit switch and continues to try to move. The Y does nothing, and when I try to jog it moves in one direction and the wrong way. I found a similar post but it was without installing the drivers. I think it's not recognizing the machine so no drivers are connected. Help!
