multiple settings not aligned when cutting

Having an alignment problem when Im using 2 different settings for power to cut.
see photo for reference, you will see the blue part is suppose to be centered to the pink ,but when I cut it (the blue first) its off center.. if I were to make them both the same color, then it will cut them centered correctly.. though I cant do that, because it doesnt always cut the inside part first,as its set to do ..has a mind of its own. Im not sure what the problem is, but seems that anytime I use multiple colors ,it doesnt align them in its brain.
