scaling issue with Lasersoft output to machine

cant seem to find an answer for this
when Im sending my cut file to the machine from Lasersoft, its changing the size of the file by almost double...
EX. if I design a 1" circle and send it to the machine, the machine is cutting that circle at almost 2" ..whats changing this? there has to be a setting somewhere, Ive looked in the software and on the T9 keypad

You need to adjust the micrometer(um) on the motor setting. We have a youtube video about that procedure.
