MPC 6525A Controller replacement help needed

Post by rtfosmoe »

Good Evening,

I'm about to replace my MPC 6525A with a T9. After looking at the current wiring and the T9 wiring schematic, I was wondering if anyone had done this already. As I documented all the pinouts and there are many pins which I have questions about. Attached are some pictures of the pinouts both the new and old controllers. If anyone can help, it would be great.

You can connect the +5Vdc from each motor-output (X,Y,Z....) to the + inputs of the drivers (+Dir, +Pul)
For the Laserpowersupply: Just take a multimeter (Select Ohm) to see which cable (they are all blue, as far as i can see) is connected to the lasersupply TTL- etc..
I advise to shortcircuit the WP on the laserpowersupply to GND and connect the Flowsensor (waterprotect) to the controller, between the WP and GND.
