Laser Parameters not showing in LaserCAD

I have a LO-X7, I downloaded the latest version of laserCAD and when you go to the settings portion, the laser parameters do not show up whatsoever. I am setting it up for an RF powered laser and really need to access the settings. I had an older version downloaded on my laptop and the settings popped up but wouldn't communicate with my new controller I picked up last week. Is anyone else experiencing this? I've downloaded the version on my PC and my laptop and uninstalled and installed multiple times to no avail. Thanks!

They crew over at LO got back to me and if you press shift and stop, you can set the parameters via the handheld portion of the DSP. Thanks guys!
