Building a custom 60w laser with a X7 DSP & controller,
have been running k40's previously with M2 boards.
Previously on the K40 with CorelLaser plugin we setup a corel file with 6 tabs with black and white text and graphics (six sided cube for engraving)
workflow was
open corel
click engrave
click next tab
click engrave
repeat
? Is there a way to engrave straight from Corel to the DSP controller?
? Or any easier way to get the six engraving sides queued for a single run with a pause between each side or layer?
What I am seeing with laserCad is export all 6 tabs in corel as individual images,
import all six images individually into laser cad,
send all six images individually to the dsp controller
load and engrave all six images individually
now 30 seconds of time are taking 10 minutes defeating the time savings of the new laser
? Is there a way to engrave straight from Corel to the DSP controller?
? Or any easier way to get the six engraving sides queued for a single run with a pause between each side or layer?
Thanks

You don't engrave lines but 'cut' the lines with lower power
I don't see any other options can let you do delay on each engraving
