Can I make seals and stamps using software 'RLaserCut v2.0' on the rubber?
If yes what kind of modes needed?

Yes, you should be able to. You just need to set your power levels to the right setting and it should work.
I'm not too sure if the RLaserCut software has the ramp function in the Engraving section but if it has then you most certainly will be able to do good ones with it.

You really only need the ramp function to give the stamp a bit of stability on the sides of small lines or details otherwise if you have a large area then normal engrave mode should be fine for it.
