Raycam only in Chinese

I just installed Raycam, and selected the English option. When I open the link it made on my desktop, everything is in Chinese. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
The issue found. The language file 'lang_eng.ini' was missing. It may be caused by unzipped program or it could be removed by anti-virus program but we have no idea. The Zip file we posted included the language file, though. What you need to do is to download the language file and save it to the folder "AWCLanguage" under the RayCam folder.
Example: C:\RayCam\AWCLanguage\lang_Enu.in"
