I have upgraded my DSP firmware to RayCam software 1.5
Based on the information from this thread;
viewtopic.php?f=55&t=3090&hilit=dsp+output+control
It says Output 2 should go high (24VDC) when the laser is firing.
This is true, if I walk up to the DSP and press 'Laser' it fires and this output goes
high (24VDC), however if I run a job by pressing 'Start' this output stays low.
I'm looking for an output that would go high (24VDC) when the laser is fired regardless
if the gantry is moving, or if I just press 'Laser' .... It will mostly power my air assist.
Output 6 says it should go high (I tried it) but no luck, I couldn't find the 'Air assist' checkbox.
What am I missing ?

Re: LO-X7 with RayCam firmware: Output Control
Well I had some spare time to play with the outputs.
My test results are (in RED);
Out1: '0V' when system idle. Appear'24V' when gantry is moving & Laser is firing while running a job
Out2: '0V' when not firing. Appear '24V' when laser is firing by pressing "Laser" on DSP, gantry not moving
Maybe the original thread needs an update.
Hope this helps...
