I am setting up my E5. I tried to turn off "XY axis home" while I work on other setup, but it always starts moving X and Y when reset. If I "read" manufacturing parameters, the box is unchecked.
(I do plan to use it eventually, but I don't have switches hooked up yet, and I'm not even sure my parameters are doing anything. I'm using password "608", is that right?)
E5 "XY axis home on power" no effect?

(I did verify that I am successfully writing settings, and I've hooked up the limit switches now)
So consider this just a bug report: You can't turn off "XY axis home on power". It always homes on power.

May be the programmer should disable that option because the XY gantry must 'HOME' first before it can recognize the range of the XY bed.
