DSPm Controller & Pad not working?

Hi
While I have been able to configure and operate the DSP controller through the computer interface using the RLasercut software, the Pad control will only allow me to reset and see when the file is cutting.

Some buttons appear to work, can set speed & power but cannot see or load files, jog, pulse laser etc.

Also, pad resets to chinese language every time I press reset button.

Am I missing something?

Hello Dean:

It could be the issue of a cable connecting the LCD panel and the main unit. If you can't get it work, you may send it back for exchange
