I'm doing a test for foam cutting for a customer. I have to use air compressor to gain better air flow than a air-pump in this case. It was very inconvenience to use gun-like value control to inject air and on the other hand, I have to take video from the camera. So, I came up an idea to use DSP to turn on the air upon laser movement.
This is a part list and basic diagram for air compressor flow control by DSP.
1) 10ft~20ft 8mm host
2) 1x 24V air vale (solenoid)
3) 1x Relay I/O board (24V)
4) 3x male snap on connector
5) 1x female compressor host plug
6) 1x Air-assist plug
7) 10ft two-wire control wire for the solenoid power
8) 10ft three-wire control wire for DSP signal
Let me know if you have any question. I will post a video sometimes on next week
