DSP Doesn't return to origin

Hi everyone,

I had my blacktooth successfully converted with the new DSP, I then started to edit UM/Pulse settings in LaserCAD to change the scale of the cuts to the correct size. At some point my X axis motor stopped responding properly(It would jerk one way and then stop... No fluid motion) , and after load of rewiring, for nothing it seems, returning those settings to default worked...

But onto my question: when I start a cut now, it seems to be happy, but then when it completes the job and tries to return to its origin is stops way short and then recognizes that new placement as its new origin??? Whats going on?
