Wheres the manual for the new 6B6560-3V5 Board ?

Having a little trouble understanding setting the current and step resolution.
On page 5 of the manual it says
SW1 SW2 Mode SW3 SW3 Resolution
on on 100% on on 1/16
off on 50% off off 1/8
on off 25% off on 1/4
off off 0% on on 1
I am assuming that SW1 refers to D1 on the board SW2 = D2, SW3=M1 the other SW3= M2
On the picture of the driver board in the manual it has a line drawn to the other dip switch (T1 T2) as the current setting switches, but there is no truth table as to what the current settings are. Could you please post the current settings table, and give a brief explanation of the Mode setting.
