Since there are no page numbers, i just counted.

In the Mach3 configuration page where you describe the setting of the X++, X-- ect limits, all the parallel port pins are shown "0". Since you do describe that the limit swicthes can be connected to the board, should'nt they have the correct parallel port pin numbers ??

There is a limitation for the parallel port. It support two home switches only: X, Y
For other limit, you use Mach3 'soft limit' to handle it
