Already posted all update on the download site on this site. Just a couple click and you can get it.You can just make a click to get it.

Remember that the software support last for 1 year only. It is customer responsibility to get an update frequently before the card is getting out of date.

Besides that this was new for me.... Sometimes just answering emails would be nice to have such things explained. Just not answering is not really targeting. And this really makes the difference when deciding to buy another one....

I am seriously considering upgrading my K40 with your high end DSP.
Before I do I want to kick the tires on the software which I assume is LaserCad to insure that it will do what I need?
Can I get an eval copy or at least the manual?

Also is LaserCad and RDworks the same software?

@Don, the link for the laserCad is available download from the download area. LaserCad is Not a mini or inferior version of RDWork that a few people thought it was by mistake.

I cannot get the TTL signal to operate the laser, nor the PWM signal, maybe an upgrade will help? Please send me details too, thanks. routercut at clear.net.nz. inv#123954B (April01 2016).

I don't have any update in the mean time. I do not believe that it has anything to do with the firmware in yoir case. I think you need to check the connection. If not, it is possible you may have hardware failure either on the control card (odd) or bad pwm circuitry on the laser power supply.
