Does anyone know the maximum current specifications for the OUT1 and OUT2 outputs of the X7 controller. We plan to control an exhaust fan, to run the fan when the laser is cutting, and would like to know how much current these outputs can drive into a control relay.

If your exhaustfan is 115/230V, consider using a solid state relay rather than a normal relay. The current needed for the input of the SSR is very low and you don't have to worry about induction of the relaycoil. And as most SSR's have a zero-crossing detection you will almost have no peakpulses..
For DC-levels you might use a small circuit with a (MOS-)Fet, you could switch many amps with just a few micro-amps.
