LO-E5 is going crazy

Hi Marco,
I've upgraded my K40 and for a while it was working well, but lately it's been doing some weird stuff, basically cutting lines that aren't in the file at all and trying to go beyond the working area of the laser.

For example, today I tried to cut a series of straight vertical lines, like this:
|||||||

It tried to print them like this:
|
|
|
|
Etc.

Also, when we check the run box, it goes most of the way around the box and then stops at about 200mm on the Y axis.

This only seems to be a problem on larger jobs that go past 200mm on the Y axis. Other jobs are just fine.

Any ideas what is going on?

Thanks,

Dave

it seems that the job ran out.of range
Make sure art work is.set within the range
The programmer reprogrammed tbe code allowing the laser to work eventhough it is out.of range

So... is it a problem with our LaserCAD configuration or with our controller? The item we were trying to cut was within the range of our laser.
