Is your controller new? can it be that you need to use RayCam instead?
How is your controller connected to your computer? Ethernet or USB..

You can check the system info by using the LCD control. Click menu and scroll down to the last option. If see there is "LO" on hardware version, then you must run it with RayCam. Otherwise LaserCad

Make sure you have two cable connection from the LCD control unit to the interface box;CN1 and CN1. If you got one cable connected, the system won't function properly

Marco,

I have been unable to get LaserCad to communicate.

Can you provide me the link to RayCam.

Thanks,

Jerry

Did you check the hardware version? And was it "LO xxx.." ?
If not, you have another problem..
To which USB-connector did you connect the computer? the one on top, or de one at the underside of the display-unit?

Wouldn't you try to connect it with the Ethernet of your computer? This connection is more stable and i think it's much faster too..
(configure your controller in the same range of your computer: ie. if your computer is 192.168.178.xx, make your controller 192,168.178.yy)
