K40 cartridge wheel installation

I just bought a set of four cartridge wheels for my K40 to replace the stock wheels that have flat spots and run jerky. It looks like replacement will be tricky because of how the wheels insert into holes in the cartridge and the wheels ride in indentations in the rail. You can't just take them out and in one at a time. It seems as if all four have to go out then in simultaneously. Has anyone done this and have advice for me before I dig in? Thanks!
