Laser Engraver NOt Functioning Correctly, need assistance.

I have the Chinese Laser and I purchased the Lightobject upgrade and the z table and new lens.

I have been unable to get it to function correctly and I need some help to get this to work correctly.

Willing to travel to get some help. Live in Northern Wisconsin.

Absolutely at my wits end with this device.

What problems are you having exactly? I am in the UK and although have a friend in Wisconsin I cannot travel to you but can offer advice
