No, the drawing layer distinguish by colors where you set power and speed for the job.

Back to my first question, did you check the AC110V/220V switch located on the side of the PSU?
Make sure it switch to AC110V if you're running at 110V

It NP i appreciate your help. The main reason I even got all this stuff was a post from another forum talking about how good it was for a niche market upgrade and support from "MARCO".

its set on 110 side 110 showing but its above the 220 marker. it powers on and works so im assuming its right. I guess I could flip it to the other side and see if it gets any worse. Shouldnt hurt anything on 110 vs trying that on 220. It would just run on half the expected power no?

If you're running AC110V, no problem you can switch the voltage selector. Applying AC110V to AC220V will not hurt the power but you got less current output. But don't do it if the outlet is outputting AC220V because if you select AC110V but feed in AC220V, guess what - blew the fuse and the transistors.

So, it is OK in your case because the power is AC110V. Just in case the tech who assembly this LPUS has reversed the switch.

If it doesn't help, I think you may want to send it back for me to inspect it. If it is DOA (dead on arrival), I'll fix it for you and reimburse the shipping cost to you

Oh... then we have to go Plan B. On Tuesday, send a email to our support and request a RMA#. Then, return the LPSU for me to inspect. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Do a simple test.
While setting full power output, use a small screw driver to pressure the switch or move it back and fro to see if any change happened on the current. I'm thinking that since the LPSU was tested before ship and you did see the 20mA the first one. I'm thinking that may be the switch is defective.

FYI, if the AC voltage switch is 'open', it is in AC220V mode. If the switch is at AC110V (closed contact), the supply is at AC110V mode
If the switch is defective (opened), then it is in AC220V but when input is AC110V, you got less than half current output.

Give it a try

so if replace the micro switch inside should work or close switch should work if this is the case?

For AC110V power input, closed contact on the switch (shorted the two red wires)
For AC220V power input, open contact or just unplug the switch

You can open the casing and test it. Be careful High Voltage on those capacitor. Even power is off the LPUS will still holding charge and still good enough to give you a good "shock"!

switch is good tested with continuity meter. closed on 110 side open on 220 side.
