Software required for AWC608/LO-X7 DSP controller

I received an e-mail with links to d/l the required software for my upgrade kit. It appears that all I really need are two files: LaserCad_V7.43B.rar and AWC608_141220V7.rar as well as the Manual/Wiring Diagram pdf files and the and the 64Bit USB driver.rar file. Is this correct? The e-mail mentions also, to Copy and unzip the file (UG5 extension) and place it on a FAT32 formatted memory stick. I cannot find this UG5 file. Where is that located?

My upgrade kit should be arriving tomorrow, and I would like to have all my ducks in a row once I start the upgrade.
