Marco (or anyone else with a K40)
Is this item the correct holder for a 20mm x 38.1 lens in a K40 head assembly as supplied by LightObject last year?

This head holds a 20mm mirror and a 18mm lens

The current model we're carrying only support 18mm
It used to support 18~20mm (wider lens holder) but the tooling shop somehow changed it to 18mm without letting us know in advance.

For what it's worth my K40 came with a 12mm lens

I'm going to try and use some spacers around it so it doesn't move within the new head. If not I suppose I'll be getting an 18mm lens soon

Mine was 12mm also....I made a spacer real quick on my 3D printer....I can post the stl file if you want it.....

Same idea but no 3d printer...

I took a nylon washer and cut it down on the lathe, then enlarged the hole. Does make it easier to clean the lens, lol.

Hehe, the head is apparently enough to throw several people off. I started by having my focus lens in the blue section of this pic, now I have it in the red. Can you guys confirm that's correct now?

Always closer to the air assisted plug, so you must put the lens on the 'blue' part

No worries. Thought I would make up a little photo diagram for future reference.
