Hi Marco and others
Although my machine is working a treat I do have one issue.
I can only download a job to the machine after removing the USB connector then reconnecting. This happens 999 times out of 1000.
I have tried different usb sockets.
The laptop has a clean vista (yukk!) install running ONLY corel draw and the lasercad
any suggestions
John

Re: downloading to machine issue
Try formatting the DSP card memory see if it helps
You can do it by using the LCD unit to complete the task

Just an update
Formatting didn't help
tried it on another pc ...the same
Its strange it does not happen every time just most times......Not a massive issue just an annoyance really...now I unplug the usb before downloading as a matter of course
(might get me a switch to put inline as a reset!)

Have you tried it on XP? Also, if you can, find another USB cable. It happened before that the cable was default

If it is still not working, use contact cleaner to clean the USB plug.
If the probelm still exist, then you may want to send it back to me for dignostic check.
