strange thing when downloading a file to DSP

Hi Guys

Well all bar some fine tuning my conversion is up and running.
I do however have one weird happening.

Using Lasercad...
I click on download up pops the dialogue box I click "download" on this box and a progress bar pops up and the file downloads.
Now If I modify and want to download the file again..or I press start to re-run the job I get as far as the progress bar but nothing downloads.....I have to remove the usb from the PC and reconnect and it will then send the file as normal.

Any ideas anyone?

When LaserCAD wouldn't download files, after I reformatted the dsp's memory, the files would download again.
