please see attached link, when I send a file the machine moves but the laser won't start, but if I press the test button on the laser PSU box the laser starts as long as i keep it press down, I have checked the laser switch and its ON, the protection key and its ON, also when I press the laser button on the control key pad nothing happens no laser, thank you for your help and here is the link

You may have wire connection issue here. Please double check your wire again.
