HELP Please - Problems with a 60w co2 laser machine

Hi, i have a 60w co2 laser machine with leetro 6525 controller, well yesterday cutting the machine start to cut an intermittently.
I check the water pump , the security valve, the test in the power supply , all ok, the laser turn red and cut.
But when i do some work a circle or a line it cut intermittently.
Some one can give me a light of the problem it may occur ?
Laser tube finish ????
Power supply dont give always power ????
controller board ?????
Any other problem???
Any help would be aprecciated.
