I am building a rotary attachment for my K40... I need a custom length belt; after cutting belt material to the correct length, how do you connect the ends of the belt?

You can't glue a belt!! It must be a complete belt without any cuts. Instead, you need to add a tensioner to use a belt one standard size longer.

Bad frog. You don't. You attach each end to the carriage that you are moving and work out some way of clamping it down. Remember it's not like a pulley system that moves over the pulley. It's only going back and for.

For a rotary attachment, Badfrog needs a continuous belt that rolls over pulleys. Clamping the ends is not possible.
