ERF-4A4331527M - 4 Channel Controller

Accidentally shorted IC PT2272-M4. This is a Remote Control Decoder IC from Princeton Technology Corp. It appears to be similar to Holtec HT6034. Problem is I cannot find a source for either of these. Anyone know where we can source replacements IC's for the ERF-4A4331527M - 4 Channel Controller ?
