4ch wireless remote system

recently purchased an rf4a unit i hooked up the power supply and learned the transmitter to the unit when i hit the button for channel a on the remote i can hear the unit click but the solenoid does not fire i am doing something wrong or is the unit malfunctioning????????????????????????????

When you said no fire, you mean no voltage coming out from the poles or N.O. didn't close contact??
By the way, please do NOT post too many "?........." we will ignore/or delete it if there is too much 'emotion' involved.

yes there is no voltage coming out of the poles

Please read the description, the output is Relay, On or Off. It's a relay, no voltage output unless you inject power from the COM side and get output from the N.O.
