2Ch RF Remote Control 1527 Tx/Rx Kit Momentary mode

Hi, I recently bought 2Ch RF Remote Control 1527 Tx/Rx Kit and using it in momentary mode, getting delay 1-2 second after button release.I would like to know how can I shorter that time ( manual says 0.3 seconds).I have some electronics skill so if its possible please let me know how I can do my self.

It must be defective then. Please send it back for exchange.
It shouldn't take more than 0.5s for momentary mode
