No juice detected on Terminal A,B or C

I bought me the 12CH RF remote and receiver, I got it to work in Momentary mode by pressing button number "2" after the 10 sec hold on learn button.

PROBLEM: I'm not detecting any juice on terminal A, B nor C when I'm pressing and holding the button on remote nor any other sequence I try. Does this mean my receiver is mulfunctioning!?

It's relay output, not voltage. It's On and Off from the relay. See this:
