looking for instruction manual for 2ch tx rx unit that I bought 2 from Ebay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/230384429571?ss ... 1439.l2649

The answer to my own question (because I had to figure it out myself)
What company does that? No instructions, No Replies, No Help ...A nice way for no repeat bussiness!
For those that got stuck with this unit, This is for you. :D
Any question, let me know and I will try to help you.

As a note, you might want to use an external relay for higher power output. Just wire in an external relay by using the secondary of board relay(s) to energize the primary external relay(s).
If you are not sure how this is done just google "how to wire a relay". There are many options but be sure to use a diode clamp to protect circuitry from spikes. and always use a fuse or cb!

We can't just tell you the answer without trying and your request was on our 'to do list'. I hope you understand it everything take time to do it. You sent question 4:30AM you won't expect that anyone standy 24hrs here. Support response time range from 24hrs to 48hrs and I don't think that're #1 but sure we're not the worst. Plus, it's not hard to figure it yourself as there is only two jumpers. The manual already mention how to do it. Well, it's true that it is showing 3 jumpers instead of two. With some common sense it's no difficult to figure it out.

Post the manuals so that they're available to download. I don't think it should be so much trouble to do that. It's just common sense bro.
I never found any manuals! I Don't think that the customer should be forced to join your forum just to get a simple set of instructions for the product they purchased. Why should "I" ?
The post was intended to help the consumer. I feel bad for them. Not everyone has our educated background in electronics. What's simple to understand for you or me is not that simple for others especially when there's not one lick of information with the product.
If I had recieved the manuals and followed the instructions and found to have difficulty with the unit then I can understand that I would need to allow some time and patients for your help.
Is this fair? Perhaps you can be humble enough to consider my point or I will be wise enough to not purchase your product.
Good Day

I hope you understand the reason not sending the one page 'manual' with the remote set. First of all, it add an extra weight to item. It jet up price by $0.2~$0.25. To offset the postage, I have to raise the price. To you may not be matter, but to others or to us, price is very competitive nowaday. Second thing, usually poeple don't need that instruction after setup. Then, it's wasting paper. By the way, manual download site is open to the public and you don't need to join the forum to get the manual. Only if you want to post a message you may need to register to it. In fact, you can just drop me a email for question or manual.

The products isn't really my "product". We're reselling for manfuacturers. Always a manufactuer changed things without letting us know just like this case you're having. Instead of 3 jumpers, they changed it to 2 jumpers. So, your input was good and I always welcome for it. As I mentioned earlier your case was addressed and ready to get testing. But without patience enough you choosen to think that we're igoring you. I hope that you can keep your 'voice' down not yelling to us.
"What company does that? No instructions, No Replies, No Help ...A nice way for no repeat bussiness!"

No matter how humble a person he is, it's hard to take your feedback claimily when you shouted "Foul!" A tech request for allowing less than 12hrs to response. Hello~~~

Have a great night!

Ok, fair enough if you can perhaps understand my frustrations of not being able to locate manual.
Perhaps you can tell me and others where this manual is. Also, include a direct link to the manual from the webpage that is selling your product. via it be this web page or ebay or whatever.

I figured out how to program remote by researching and viewing competitors web sites.
You're absolutely right, there are plenty of competitors and it's just by chance that I ended up here.
Make it simple for your customers, this should be an enjoyable experience for them.

I will pipe it down, sorry if I offend, I get a little testy and defensive at times. Being so bold can have it's strong points but also it's own drawbacks as well. How many customers will go the extra mile to spend there precious time dealing with this? Honestly, they simply move on by now. Good criticism keeps us on our toes, let it be a healthy and productive outcome. If you're not #1 then fix the problem.

However, with all said and done, I do like the product. It works very well and looking forward to putting into practical use.

Always remember and consider, the knowledge we take for granted is so easily misunderstood by others. Trust me, I've been dealing with customers for 25 years. I have learned this.
It's funny, I act like my customers. We're all the same I guess. We're all just human. LOL

Take care

This is how to "beef up" the relays and protect your board relays by using an external relay to handle the load
Go to: http://www.falstad.com/circuit/
import txt for circuit simulator
Special note: Time is slowed way down for simulation purposes so don't be alarm about the clamping diode and speed of relay contact release time. It will be at the speed of light.

copy and paste this code into import box
