Transmitter and antenna specs for customs

Post by simor »

Dear Support,

I have recently purchased the following:

ERF-1A433C Multi-function 1CH RF Remote Control Tx/Rx Set
ERF-RM2AC1 1Ch Remote TX Unit (IC 1527 C1 case)

Kindly provide the extra information for the above equipment which is required for customs clearance:

- operating power (I presume this is for the transmitters)
- antenna type
- antenna gain

Thank you

I probably ought to keep this to myself, but I can't decide which is more the shame: that the documentation is so inaccurate, or that the folks that run this forum would ignore such a simple/basic/vital question. If that info had been available I would've bought 5 - 10 units.

I don't shame at all.

We are not the manufacture and I am nit the designer. We posted info what we found. That's all we can do. The manufactures keep changing the contril Patten and logic and we were not acknowledged,it wasn't our fault. The support site is providing an extra service for folks share information or receiving feedback from our customers If you can feedbacj information or made advise we thank you of that. But we don't welcome negative feedback thebway you posted.

We can't be knowing everything we import for sell, there are over 600x items we are carrying. Next time, may be you go to the car dealer and ask the sales or even the parts manager : What is the oil and air mix ratio in the chamber.

If questions are so simple/basic then why asked and why not figure it out yourself.
