Got power to GLD-612...now what?

I got power going to my JLD 612 and hooked up with SSR...I am a little confused where to enter the velue for the amount of heat I want it to put out, which is 100F. and like to hold that temp with in reason..may I get some input on this please!

You didn't say which temperature sensor you are using, nor did you say which set-up parameters you are using. The manual is clear about how to set-up the parameters of SV, SSR control, and temp sensor. Give us some information to work with here. Your question as it stands is like saying "my car won't start -- tell me how to fix it." We're glad to help but need more specific info....
