NEED A LITTLE ASSISTANCE. ALL i need is to control temp at this point. I want relay contants to close at 78f and open at 83f. tried and tried to program and no luck. Can you walk me through it? Cause if you can't i'm gonna shoot it. The only wires I've hooked is power to the unit and the thermocouple red-9 and blue-10

The manual actually tells you everything you need to know, but --- what kind of relay are you going to use? Have you set the sensor type to the kind of thermocouple you're using? That's really important, because the default type is a Pt100 RTD sensor, which is not a thermocouple, and if you haven't done that, then everything will be wacko...

You can correct it by setting "PSB", sensor error correction.

Press SET to the programming mode, enter "0089"
Use "^" to scoll to the PSB and enter "-5" and hit SET
Use "^" to scoll to "END" and hit SET

That should give you a precise reading

Page 2 of the manual, configure PSB using password "0089"
Use "arrow dn" to change the Left Most digit and it will show "-"
