Cllibrate JDL612

I have one of these I just installed for Sous Vide use with PT100 and it works but temp reads ~3-4 degrees F low.
I have tried it with other thermometers and in ice and boiling water. I have also used 2 different PT100 and done AT.

Is there a way to tell it to shift some number of degrees?

Set the setting of "PSB", the error sensor error see if any number put down. If it show 0, then you can add 3 to offset the error
