TCG-6131P controller?

I have the TCG-6131P controller is somewhat different from the one shown here in the manual. The one I have has a back and forward button on it, plus the one in the manual shown as Rex-C10 now I also wondering which one do I have Celsius or Fahrenheit or if there is a setting function for that ?
