Setpoint?

On my TCG-6131P there is Pv. and Sv. which one of these refer to as Setpoint, and is the Pv. and Sv has to show the same set value in order to put out heat? Lets say 33°C of heating ? Just a bit puzzled on this!

SV is the temp you want -- the set value. PV is the current temp -- the present value. SV has to be marginally higher than PV to get any heat.
