New manual for JLD612 TET612 PID Temperature Controller

Post by Tech_Marco »

Just update a new manual for the JLD612 PID temperature controller.
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3&p=3#p3

I have included connection diagrams for a SSR and a relay so that it should be more descriptive to understand.

Also, the manual explain a new control mode recently aadded by the manufacturer: differential temperature control (HY)
Note: HY = AH - AL

If there is any any error, please let me know

The new manual is much improved over the first one I found, but I still have a question about the J1 and J2 relays.
What voltage do they work at or do they require a separate power source for attaching a buzzer?
The diagram implies some voltage is needed but does not say what it is.

Mike, all the internal relays do is close (or open) a contact -- the power source is up to you. The relays are rated at 3A 125V, but I wouldn't myself use them to carry more than 1A. If your buzzer needs , say, 12V DC, then you need to provide that power source, or for that matter any other power source. The relay is just a passive switch....
