How often do I have to Auto Tune?

I am using this (JLD612)for a sous vide setup. Do I have to auto tune it every time I change the temperature set point? Or as long as the water bath I'm heating is consistent then it shouldn't matter? The auto tune takes a whole day with the water bath so it's not feasible to change it every time I want to use it.

Once should be enough. The heater, the tank and the water characteristics haven't changed, so system response will be repeatable.
