Wiring instruction?

Need wiring instruction to hook up TCG-6131P Temperature Controller to power and to k type thermocouple also to power on and off switch. Also wondering if a 12V on/off switch would work with this controller?

No idea what you mean of the 12V switch. How and where you use it for?

Was going to us the switch to turn on and off TCG-6131P Temperature Controller. I am installing two of these devises on one machine and like to have a single switch to turn both controllers on/off at the same time.
