I picked up the 12INCH (300MM) WATER EVAPORATOR/ COOLER RADIATORS FOR CO2 LASER COOLING

The copper tubes are sealed on the end. I'm assuming, but want to verify first. I am supposed to cut these and one is the input (top) and one is the output (bottom).

Yes, you need to cut it out. The radiator is filled with nitrogen to ensure no leak.
Be expecting a loud 'pop' sound when cutting it. Please wear a protection goggle to protect eyes
