JLD7100 built in relay

Hi, i try to make the JLD7100 built in relay works. I easily set the temperature and corrected the temp of my K type thermocouple. Now i can't get the relay turned on and off ??? There is one value that do not appear in the setting: in the PID parameter the ''Bb'' is not there. There is only 6 setting instead of 7 ??? Please help
