For the JLD612 (MDID 403/800/414), is it possible to get an output proportional to the temperature reported by the thermocouple to use in a data logging application. I would be using an optically isolated analog input to the logging computer.

I've opened one up and it wasn't obvious to me how that might be done. There is a version of the JLD that has RS-232 (or maybe RS-485?) inputs and outputs, and that would be an easier deal for logging anyway.
