I need help in troubleshooting a new JLD634.
I am using a K type thermocouple, I set the input to K type. Set low to 0 and high to 1300 degrees C. 0 decimal point.
I made sure connections are tight and clean, and checked polarity.
Any ideas?

Hi -- I'm just recently back from vacation and have just read your request for help.
No one here can help unless all of the connections you made are identified and the program parameters that you've entered are listed. I know it's a PITA to document everything, but it really is necessary. It's why phone tech support people insist that you start from the beginning and go through a complete process with them, even though you've already done it. They need to be sure no steps were missed.
So, we need your steps, so to speak. I hope you've already discovered the solution. If so, please let us know.
