Rising or Falling Edge?

Hi all,

I have Lightobject 1200 x 600 xy stage i purchased like 10 years ago.
AWC608 DSP
I have the old Lightobject 3md560 stepper drivers
They are set to 2000 microsteps
Pulse edge is currently set to Rising edge in Manufacturer Parameters
Current UM/Pulse settings are...
x axis = 15.776770
y axis = 15.789060

Are these stepper drivers supposed to be set to Rising or Falling edge please?

The issue i am having is....
If i cut a small 150mm x 150mm square and use the Um/Pulse calculator to get the Um/Pulse settings i can accurately cut a 150mm square but now if i cut a big square (800 x 800mm) the big square is 3mm oversize.

If i do the opposite and cut a large 800 x 800 mm square and use that for the Um/pulse calculator i can get the big square to cut accurately but now if i cut a small square it cuts 1mm too small.

The most common setting is to use "Falling edge".
