orientation of Laser tube ... This side Up

Hey All,
I'm replacing my laser tube in my FSlaser Muse using the SPT 35 watt tube and it has a label that says this side up on it.

Is that critical? the wire leads and water lines... line up better if i turn the tube around.

Looks to me like it shouldn't matter..
Help, I don't want to mess things up as this is my first time replacing the Laser Tube

OK I went through the installation and figured it out....

the answer is yes ..... that is the orientation required to get the air bubbles out of the tube.
