Another problem with Cutting

I saw two problems here (simple problem, no panics and no crying ):
1) You must use either Illustrator or AutoCad to output the job file, right? It is very common that there are duplicate lines from those output file. What you need to do is to use a tool name "deleted repeated lines" line to clean it up before cut.

2) Out of range and collision: Did you change parameters ? If so, please bring it back to 500 on X and 300 on Y. Or, send screenshot on your parameters and I can tell you what went wrong. Is it our PR530 turnkey machine or did you buy build with our XY gantry?

Hi Marco
It's your PR530 turnkey machine. It's happen to all the file, and yes file yes is from Adobe Illustrator.
By the way i have 2 same unit and other is running fine with out any problem.
Also same problem when sending files from LightBurn or LaserCad.

This problem is driving me crazy. Please help.

Can you format the DSP controller card memory and do it again.
Just click the "Download" button and there is a button: "Format"
